Sideritis scardica, infused in boiling water for ten minutes for a strong brew, using stems and flowers for total plant essence. Place around six to eight 2-inch pieces of the plant into boiling water and lower the heat, allowing it to simmer for five to 10 minutes depending on how strong you like the tea. Delicious with honey and great for tea blends with nettle and fruits as well.
